How to Use
Soak the whetstone in water for 5–10 minutes, or until no air bubbles emerge.
Keep the surface wet while sharpening your knife.
After use, rinse the whetstone and dry it with a tissue or towel.
Allow it to air-dry completely before storing.
Do not keep the stone submerged in water for extended periods.
Avoid storing it inside the box immediately after use.
How to Clean
If the whetstone’s performance decreases or appears clogged with steel particles:
Clean the surface with a rust eraser, nagura stone (included), dressing stone, or flattening plate.
Make sure to clean the entire surface evenly to restore maximum performance and maintain a flat sharpening surface.
