5. Do you offer a sharpening service?

Absolutely! Upscale Living provides a Lifetime Sharpening Service for all knives purchased through our official store.
You only need to cover the shipping cost, and we’ll take care of the rest to keep your knife in top condition.


6. How long does shipping take?

  • Domestic (Indonesia): 2–5 business days depending on location.

  • International: 7–21 business days, excluding customs processing time.


7. What if my knife arrives damaged or defective?

Please contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
