6. Lifetime Sharpening Service (Warranty)
Upscale Living offers a Lifetime Sharpening Service for every knife purchased through our official store.

Customers can send their knives back to Upscale Living anytime for professional sharpening.

Only the sharpening service is free; shipping costs (to and from our service center) are the customer’s responsibility.

This service does not cover blade damage, chipping, or misuse repairs.
To arrange sharpening, please contact our customer support for shipping instructions.
7. Liability
Upscale Living is not liable for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper use of our knives. Always handle knives responsibly and keep them out of reach of children.
