1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required to complete the return process.

Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by shipping are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Customized or engraved products

Please contact us before returning your item to confirm eligibility.

3. Return Process

  2. Include your order number, product name, and a brief explanation of the issue.

  3. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and shipping instructions.

  4. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at Whatsapp : +62 813-5507-2348  with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our support team.

Upscale Living reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
