The Tadafusa Santoku KNT-165 is an exclusive handmade knife that embodies this philosophy. It features a unique finish and natural coloration along with a hard White Paper Steel (Shirogami #2) core, giving the blade excellent sharpness and edge retention. Due to its traditional production process and strict quality standards, this knife is extremely limited in availability.
