Description
Misono Petty Knife
Misono was founded in 1935 as a small, family-owned business that has operated for decades. The company initially produced sharp kitchen tools such as vegetable peelers. Knife production began in the late 1960s, and today Misono is the oldest Japanese knife maker using Western-style handles.
With a team of only 50 employees, Misono produces approximately 150,000 knives per year. Every component of the knife is crafted in-house and never outsourced, ensuring strict quality control and consistency in every knife.
