GLOBAL G-81 Vegetable Knife Nakiri Fluted 180mm Japan
Description
Global G-81 Nakiri Knife
Global kitchen knives were first designed in 1985 by the visionary Komin Yamada. He was tasked with creating knives that were revolutionary, using the best materials and manufacturing techniques, suitable for both professional and home chefs.
The Global G-81 Nakiri is a traditional Japanese vegetable knife designed for efficient chopping. Its wide, flat blade provides stability, and the hollow-ground edge reduces friction and prevents food from sticking.
