Description
Kanetsune professional knives are made in Seki City, Japan, since 1963 and is named after a famous sword-maker from the Muromachi period.
This 3-Layers blade is a combination of hard stainless steel and soft stainless steel. This inherits the tradition of blade structure of the Japanese sword (Katana), the sharpness is famous worldwide.
KC-950 series knives are created with DSR-1K6 high carbon stainless steel made by Daido Steel Co., ltd. Excellent performance blade which contains 0.6% carbon and the well ballanced composition added Molybudenum. Proudly made in Seki, Japan.
