Description
A hand-forged gyuto from Yoshida Hamono, a family-run workshop in Saga, Japan with a long tradition of forging tools and Japanese swords by hand — including deep experience working ZDP-189, an extremely hard semi-stainless steel. The kurouchi finish leaves the dark forge surface on the upper blade.
