TOJIRO FD-1593 Damascus Gyuto 180mm
Forged with a VG10 steel core, clad in 63 layers of Damascus stainless steel with a mirror finish, this Gyuto delivers professional-grade sharpness, durability, and beauty. The continuous hammering of the steel forms an elegant Damascus pattern while maintaining excellent structural integrity for maximum edge performance.
The blade also undergoes a Black Oxide process—a treatment commonly used in medical tools—adding superior rust resistance and a refined aesthetic.
The handle is crafted from fire-treated Chestnut wood, providing both strength and water resistance, paired with a polypropylene resin collar for added durability.
