The TOJIRO F-802 is a flagship model known for its professional sharpness and durability. Its core is made from VG10 steel and clad with 13-layer chrome stainless steel, ensuring easy maintenance and lasting precision.

The handle is reinforced and coated for strength and longevity. A metal bolster enhances hygiene and prevents dirt or residue from accumulating between the blade and handle.
