This knife is a perfect blend of traditional Japanese forging techniques and modern technology. Its core is made of VG10 steel, clad with 13-chrome stainless steel for added durability. While Kurouchi finishes are usually prone to rust, this blade is protected with a clear coating to prevent oxidation. The hammered texture not only adds to its visual appeal but also reduces food sticking to the blade.

The handle is made of Japanese Magnolia Wood, known for its smooth texture and excellent water resistance, providing a comfortable and secure grip.
