Japanese Knife Suisin INOX Petty 120mm
Description
Suisin – Petty 120mm (Small All-Purpose Knife)
Born into a family of knife craftsmen, Junro Aoki was determined to step out of his father’s shadow and create a brand of his own. After spending twenty years under his father’s tutelage at Aoki Knife Craft—one of the oldest knife-making companies in Sakai, Japan—he decided to apply his skills toward crafting a new kind of knife. In 1990, Aoki’s vision came to life with the founding of Knife System Company, where he merged traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to create the Suisin brand.
Every Suisin knife is crafted with heart and precision. From the initial design to the final product, each knife is rigorously tested in professional kitchens before being released to the public. These knives are the result of a unique collaboration between skilled craftsmen and professional chefs, ensuring long edge retention, easy maintenance, and exceptional control for chefs worldwide.
