Suisin INOX Gyuto 210mm
Description
Suisin – Gyuto 210mm (All-Purpose Knife)
Born into a family of knife craftsmen, Junro Aoki was determined to step out of his father’s shadow and create a brand of his own. After spending twenty years under his father’s tutelage at Aoki Knife Craft—one of the oldest knife-making companies in Sakai, Japan—he decided to apply his skills toward crafting a new kind of knife. In 1990, Aoki’s vision came to life with the founding of Knife System Company, where he merged traditional craftsmanship with modern technology to create the Suisin brand.
Every Suisin knife is crafted with heart and passion. From the initial design to the final product, each knife is repeatedly tested in professional kitchens before being released to the public. These knives are the result of a unique collaboration between skilled craftsmen and professional chefs. Suisin’s craftsmen constantly challenge themselves to find new ways to ensure long edge retention and easy maintenance, with the ultimate goal of providing chefs worldwide the precision and control to create beautiful dishes effortlessly.
