The blade is forged with 45 layers of Damascus steel that create a unique wave-like pattern, encasing a core of AUS-10 stainless steel known for its hardness and corrosion resistance. The blade is finished with a Tsuchime “droplets hammered” texture, not only enhancing its beauty but also reducing food stickiness during cutting.
